hyper, crazy, outgoing, loud, annoying at times, caring, funny, helpful, ambiotious
she's the most outgoing of the 4, and is also the better ninja out of all of them. she overly innocent but is very smart when it comes to battles. she isnt very good with hiding& being secretive on missions.
RED
quiet, violent, ignorant, sort of rude, not very caring for others, basically another gaara
she's a very violent and gruesome person when it comes to battling, she's not very merciful, and is usually quiet and rude. she doesnt mind others but when they annoy her she gets mad.
BLACK
not to quiet or talkative, very kind and nice, generous and helpful,almost like another hinata, but a little less shy
she's a very skilled fighter, and think before she makes any move, and is never careless. she's an excellent strategy maker like shikamaru, and always thinks of ways so that no one gets hurt or is in danger. she always puts other before herself, no matter what.

they all fear bugs, they hate them because of how icky they are. they like shino so they never know how to make it work without freaking out around the bugs and anything creepy and crawly.
they all care deeply for all their friends no matter what they say.
all of them are very skilled, but some show it more than others.
the are all chunin during the end of pre-shippuden, but in shippuden only the red Ayu becomes jounin. the others still are working for it.
all have the same secret kekkai geiki that will be revealed in time.
